Current members
Since the project was established in 2013, industry membership has evolved, with companies joining or exiting based on their assessed risk profile in the region. These companies include ConocoPhillips, Equinor, ExxonMobil, Equinor, Pertamina, and Woodside.
GI SEA welcomes members from across the energy and maritime sectors, including oil producers, shipping companies, and organisations operating throughout the upstream, midstream, and downstream supply chain.

Project Chair
Anup Srivastava (Chevron)
Position: Project Chair, Chevron representative
Anup has served as Project Chair since January 2026, bringing valuable insight and leadership to guide the project forward. He is the Marine Assurance Manager for Asia Pacific at Chevron.
Project Vice-Chair
Grace Chiam (Shell)
Position: Project Vice-Chair, Shell Representative
Grace has taken on the role of Project Vice-Chair, bringing strong operational expertise and regional experience to support the continued advancement of the project. She serves as OSEC Response Manager at Shell.
Yannick Autret (TotalEnergies)
Position: TotalEnergies representative
Yannick serves as a representative on the project Steering Committee, contributing valuable expertise and perspective to support the project’s objectives. He is currently the Senior Preparedness and Response Specialist at TotalEnergies.
Our industry member representatives help steer the project’s direction through their participation on the Steering Committee. Strong governance is essential to ensure the project remains strategically aligned and continues to support the objectives of the IMO and Ipieca.
